Don’t Casts swine Before Pearl

7/11/2010

Dear  reader;

Yes this title is all about the perception of my message and how “don’t cast swine before pearl” reversed title will make you think about yourself because the fact is if you make people think they’re thinking, they’ll love you for it; but, if you really make them think the way I do, they’ll hate you for it.

Is my prediction for “A US revolution” taking shape in July 2010?

To those of you who missed my last radio shows here are the links

MEN ON A MISSION!

George Noory and Dr. Turi is at –

We have to survive and further our deceiving legacy to your innocent kind!

London, England (CNN) — The Church of England took a small step toward allowing women to serve as bishops Monday, with its governing body voting to recommend their elevation despite warnings from traditionalists that it could split the church.

DT Rebuttal: NO this is not a step to allow women to serve God but more of another masquarade to save their ASSets. The Church Inc. will never really split because they all work in a secret “harmony” that only smart souls like my friends David Icke, Jordan Maxwell, my students and some smartreaders can discern. If there is true conspiracy it is from the Church of England, a Capricorn *Head of Evil Saturn ruled country. Keep reading I will tell you a true story about the Church of England that many people never heard of…

Or The Broken Circle I wonder what David would say of my analogy?

At the Reformation the Western Church became divided between those who continued to accept Papal authority and the various Protestant churches that repudiated it. The Church of England was among the churches that broke with Rome. The catalyst for this decision was the refusal of the Pope to annul the marriage of Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon, but underlying this was a Tudor nationalist belief that authority over the English Church properly belonged to the English monarchy. In the reign of Henry’s son Edward VI the Church of England underwent further reformation, driven by the conviction that the theology being developed by the theologians of the Protestant Reformation was more faithful to the teaching of the Bible and the Early Church than the teaching of those who continued to support the Pope.

While the masquerade is overloaded with endless “political” laws and excuses to feed and appease all royals and clericals egos of the old days the real question was the monumental wealth and political influence involved.

So let’s pass all the lies and junk and get straight to the truth. The story is quite clear you allow me to divorce and get a wife that can produce a child for the throne of England or I start my own freaking Church Mr. Pope. I have as much influence as you have and I will prove it to you so you better adapt because you will have to do so for many more centuries to come to stay alive! Ego battle for power and control and the breaching of an established rule from foreign ground this is what the symbol is all about!

Church leaders meeting in York overwhelmingly supported changing canon law to accommodate women as bishops. But the move by the church’s General Synod must be approved at a future meeting of the governing body, after parishes take at least a year to consider the question.

DT Rebuttal: The question in question HAS already been approved because of the financial and survival repercussions! Sure they do not want to jump the gun and awake your suspicions, so time is needed for anything with everything conspirational to be accepted by the moronic mass of lost religious lambs. Do you have a single idea how many women would turn their back to the Church Inc. if their kind was rejected like in the Middle East? Do you have a single idea how much “donations” of the free rides they would miss if women are “discarded” like in the Middle East? Do you have any idea how much GREEN this mean to the Church Inc.?

“This is good news for the whole church, and we are delighted,” the Rev. Rachel Weir, leader of the group Women and the Church, which supported the change. The decision “gives the church a powerful mandate to move forward enthusiastically, welcoming the ministry of women at all levels within the church, whilst making space for those who are opposed to stay within our body,” Weir said in a statement applauding the vote. The first curch of England began ordaining women as priests in 1994 and has been debating whether they should become bishops since 2005. But the issue, along with the debate over the ordination of gay priests, has put a serious strain on the 77-million-member Anglican Communion worldwide.

DT Rebuttal: Ad if you think for a second that “delighted,” Rev. Rachel Weir, leader of the group Women and the Church supported the change, you BET you are right because he is a part of the huge wheel of deception, for the Church Inc. has a well calculated “position” in all positions and the religious legal hyenas know how to “handle” the laws at their advantage. OMG! In what a young stupid world did I land on? Thus if after a year watching the moronic media response, the Church Inc. simply adapt (or make the changes) that at the end will bring more people *more money to their humongous Swiss Private Bank accounts. The exact same masquerade took place with the gays and Gypsy community and now they are a solid part of the Church Inc. unstoppable manipulative money making machine. Again the Gays and Lesbians including the Gypsies were “rejects” of society THEN, and the Churches banned, jailed and burned them but times have changed and if the Church In.c does not find a way (and they always did) to adapt they would have been gone a long time ago. Imagine the figures, support, free rides and donations and what 77 000 000 lost souls means to the Church Inc.?

The Catholic Church has reached out to disaffected Anglicans, raising the possibility that conservatives could leave en masse. The General Synod rejected a compromise backed by the nominal head of the church, Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams, over the weekend, with priests rejecting the measure despite the support of bishops and lay leaders.

DT Rebuttal: Never will anyone religiously poisoned enough would consider living the Church Inc, and if they do, with 800 different denominations ALL interrelated financially not a single soul would be lost but “RE-born again somewhere else. God made his children’s UCI totally Unique and some less than perfect… The Church Inc. had to realize that from your local priest all the way up to the Pope himself NO one is perfect especially judging the amount of legal financial disasters the sexual misconducts from the top Church authorities has (and still) has cost the corporation as more and more victims come forward to expose the damages done to them as children.

Forward in Faith, a conservative group that opposes the ordination of women as “contrary to the scriptures,” said Monday’s vote “contains nothing which can satisfy the legitimate needs” of its members.”Now, though, is not the time for precipitate action,” it said. Its leaders will take stock and debate the issue at upcoming meetings in September and October, the group said in a statement on the decision.

DT Rebuttal: In fact ALL manmade “religious scriptures” are contrary to all that Jesus was teaching and what God is all about! They were designed to deceive people from day one for the benefit of a Plutonic greed power angry crowd who used appropriately fears and the human instinct of preservation to build their particular empire.

Smart people built many deceiving faces of God through countless religions and many human are less than smart and this sad fact makes up for their success!

But upgrading to a higher spiritual level is not an easy thing to do when the soul suffered mental poisoning reinforced by fears ruling over common sense, especially when the mental manipulation started at the child’s most vulnerable spiritual/psychological time and lasted so many years. Re introducing Jesus’ vital message to humanity and the real face of and celestial tools of God will never be accepted overnight. It took 2000 years to bring this world to its knees spiritually where despair and the idiocy of humans is witnessed daily though the murdering each others for “God.” The pit of ignorance is as deep as tip if the broken pipe on the muggy floor of the Gulf of Mexico and the black poisoning *oil spill blood gushing from Mother Earth entrails represents the slow and endless damage done to this world’s residents. This is how I perceive the damage done to humankind’s psyche because of religions, but as mentioned on George Noory Coast To Coast radio show to millions “I trust in the human Genius to fix this problem” and it is slowly happening. While FEAR rules, many talking heads came up with the most destructive scenario possible regurgitating their own fears and lack of Cosmic Consciousness.

The task to upgrade humankind psyche is a tough undertaking but God gave me the tools, call it a gift or a curse and the will to complete my mission and sometimes I feel really alone, especially when the dark forces try to silence me in any possible way *moronic insecure moderators Mike encounters most of the places he posts my education FREE newsletters on the Web. Muslim Cultural Center Building: A Choice Should be Encouraged for Muslims to Practice their Rights as All Americans

Thursday, October 20th, 2011

Dr. Hasan A. Yahya

The debate over building the cultural Center (including mosque) at Ground Zero is moving but deviating from common sense. A American supporter wrote: “The fight over the mosque near Ground Zero shows how obsessed we remain with an enemy that may no longer exist.” An opponent of the proposed Islamic cultural center and mosque near Ground Zero holds a sign during a community board meeting to debate the issue on TIME Magazine Webpage reads: ”HONOR 3000 9/11, NO MOSQUE”. Other article for TIME titled: “Ground Zero: Exaggerating the Jihadist Threat by Romesh Patnesar, Wednesday, Aug. 18, 201 reads:” The mosque’s critics and champions both say their goal is to counter radical Islam. In his Aug. 3 speech defending the Park51 project, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg said that “we would play into our enemies’ hands” if we were to deny American Muslims the right to build a mosque where they choose. “To cave to popular sentiment would be to hand a victory to the terrorists,” Bloomberg said. New York Congressman Jerrold Nadler, a mosque supporter, says, “Everybody’s liberty is at stake here.” The mosque’s opponents make the same argument in reverse. Gingrich has called the Cordoba Initiative part of “an Islamist cultural-political offensive designed to undermine and destroy our civilization.” Building the mosque, in the words of one conservative columnist, would be “a symbolic monument to the triumph of Islamism in the United States.”

I believe that Muslims should be allowed to be given the chance to prove their innocence and to be free in their decisions as any other group in America, to build a Cultural Center at Ground Zero. With respect to those who oppose the idea and make rhetoric ideological statements are understood and respected as opinions according to their build up perceptions of Muslims for political purposes. But if we look at the matter logically and reasonably, the issue is directed unjustly against the Bill of Rights and the Constitution in the form of opposing the issue. In America, the free country, we observed freedom of speech and actions in many forms.

- A California atheist sues to remove the words “under God” from the Pledge of Allegiance and loses ; then wins on appeal; then loses in the Supreme Court.

- President George W. Bush is criticized for his idea of the Faith-Based Initiative, where faith-based organizations could get federal funds where previously they had been barred. Public school bus drivers are required to remove holiday decorations from their buses after complaints of “offended” parents.

- We are a nation of many religious faiths, and many of us work for a government in some capacity. Is there any way that religion, and the religiousness of people, can be separated from government and the role of people in government?

]]>

The goal of this article is not to change minds, but to explain what is in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. What the Supreme Court might say on the issue! Religion makes only one direct and obvious appearance in the original Constitution that seems to point to a desire for some degree of religious freedom. .” The right of the citizens to the free enjoyment of their property legally acquired.” That appearance is in Article 6, at the end of the third clause:

[N]o religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

This statement is simple and straight-forward, and applies to all offices in the entire United States, both state and federal. But the issue of the cultural building project is not official federal, or state affairs. It is private affairs in a free country. More in the following examples to make us understand the issue of free choice of American people, being Jews, Muslims, or Christians, or any other faith.

The Issue is legal, American owners are free to use their land. Look at the Oil wills in private properties in Texas.
1st Amendment says: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
New Yorkers had the same to say, but more succinctly:” That the people have an equal, natural, and unalienable right freely and peaceably to exercise their religion, according to the dictates of conscience; and that no religious sect or society ought to be favored or established by law in preference to others.”
The Muslims who intend to build the Muslim Cultural Center are American Tax payers and entitled by constitution to act as any other American group in America freely reflecting their faith.
Christians built over the past decade tens of Churches in the Muslim Nations with no arguments or debate.
The Community Center at Park51 as described, once built, the center will indeed house a mosque, “open and accessible to all” — but also a swimming pool, basketball court, auditorium, library, day-care facility, restaurant and cooking school.
The decision is already made. Twenty-nine out of 30 lower Manhattan community-board members voted to approve it.
President Obama’s statement on Aug. 13 endorsing “the right to build a place of worship and a community center on private property in lower Manhattan” is clear and sound according to Constitutional Law. (Opposition from Newt Gingrish and John Boehner). Opposing this statement is typical to Republicans opposition to Democratic Party in Politics. But President Obama has his Oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.
Research directed error. Public opinion of nearly 70% of Americans in a CNN–Opinion Research Corporation poll say they oppose a (Ground Zero mosque), The question by the CNN Research Corporation poll has a purpose to have that public opinion reaction comes to that percentage, may be supporting their opinion. The question in scientific terms is biased, it is ideologically bound, (political or else). The question should be “How do you feel if American citizen group built a community Center in their property? I think the outcomes will not be the same. May be the outcomes will also be different if the term “Mosque” was replaced with Cultural Center. In any case the study by Bush the father, and Clinton in the 1990s, did the same about using research to show that all Americana are Millionaires. The sample selection in California was biased by both teams to show supporting evidence to prove the opposite. The study error was in (purposive) sampling. The CNN Research Team did the same. Unfortunately. Furthermore, majority of Muslims in the United States may have more or less or the same public opinion (than 70% ) for the project but they were ignored in the sample to satisfy CNN or TIMES (whatever) ideology.
James Madison, on June 8, 1789, agreed to support a bill of rights in the Constitution, Madison was true to his word . He rose and gave a speech in the House where he introduced a series of articles of amendment. One concerned religious freedom: “The civil rights of none shall be abridged on account of religious belief or worship, nor shall any national religion be established, nor shall the full and equal rights of conscience be in any manner, or on any pretext, infringed.” Madison’s proposal for the states. New Hampshire’s read:” Congress shall make no laws touching religion, or to infringe the rights of conscience.”
Finally, Obama statement came from his duty to defending the Constitution. The Presidential Oath of Office as codified in the Constitution in this way: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” The constitution and the bill of Rights should be preserved, protected and defended as President Barack Obama did. Taser Safety Issues

Thursday, October 20th, 2011

Sources of controversy

Risks of death or serious injuries

Increased-risk targets

Critics argue that TASERs as well as other high-voltage stun devices can cause cardiac arrhythmia in susceptible subjects, possibly leading to heart attack or death in minutes by ventricular fibrillation, which leads to cardiac arrest andf not treated immediatelyo sudden death. People susceptible to this outcome are sometimes healthy and unaware of their susceptibility.[citation needed]

Although the medical conditions or use of illegal drugs among some of the casualties may have been the proximate cause of death, the electric blast of the TASER can significantly heighten such risk for subjects in an at-risk category. This suggests that TASERs and other electroshock weapons would be dangerous to use on people with certain medical conditions and yet, since police officers will typically not know about a person’s medical history or possible drug use, this entails a risk of death with virtually any suspect.

Risk of fire injury

Tasers come with express instructions not to use them where flammable liquids or fumes may be present, such as filling stations or by police raiding methamphetamine labs, as TASERs, like other electric devices, have been found to ignite flammable materials.

An evaluative study carried out by the British Home Office investigated the potential for TASERs to ignite CS gas. Seven trials were conducted, in which CS gas canisters containing methyl isobutyl ketone (a solvent used in all CS sprays utilized by the United Kingdom police) were sprayed over mannequins wearing street clothing. The TASERs were then fired at the mannequins. In two of the seven trials, “the flames produced were severe and engulfed the top half of the mannequin, including the head”. This poses a particular problem for law enforcement, as some police departments approve the use of CS before the use of a TASER.

Training use on soldiers

A February 2005 memorandum from the Aberdeen Proving Ground, a United States Army weapons test site, discouraged shocking soldiers with TASERs in training, contrary to TASER International’s recommendations. The Army’s occupational health sciences director affirmed the TASER’s effectiveness, but warned that “Seizures and ventricular fibrillation can be induced by the electric current.” and that “the practice of using these weapons on U.S. Army military and civilian forces in training is not recommended, given the potential risks.”

Training use on police

On 5 July 2005 Michael Todd, then Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police, England, let himself be shot in the back with a TASER, to demonstrate his confidence that TASERs can be used safely. This was captured on video, and the video was released to the BBC on 17 May 2007. He was wearing a shirt and no jacket. When tased, he fell forward onto his chest on the ground, and (he said afterwards) “I couldn’t move, it hurt like hell,” he said after recovering. “I wouldn’t want to do that again.”

Although tests on police and military volunteers have shown TASERs to function appropriately on a healthy, calm individual in a relaxed and controlled environment, the real-life target of a TASER is, if not mentally or physically unsound, in a state of high stress and in the midst of a confrontation.[citation needed] According to the UK Defence Scientific Advisory Council subcommittee on the Medical Implications of Less-lethal Weapons (DoMILL), “The possibility that other factors such as illicit drug intoxication, alcohol abuse, pre-existing heart disease, and cardioactive therapeutic drugs may modify the threshold for generation of cardiac arrhythmias cannot be excluded. In addition, Taser experiments o not take into account real life use of Tasers by law enforcement agencies, such as repeated or prolonged shocks and the use of restraints”.

Police officers in at least five US states have filed lawsuits against Taser International claiming they suffered serious injuries after being shocked with the device during training classes.

Medical literature reports that one police officer suffered spine fractures after being shocked by a Taser during a demonstration.

Designation as torture device

The United Nations Committee Against Torture (CAT), an agency charged with overseeing the application of the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, arrived at the conclusion on November 23, 2007, that the use of the electric pulse Taser gun constitutes a “form of torture” and “can even provoke death.” The U.N. has thus declared: “TASER electronic stun guns are a form of torture that can kill.

Increased use of force

Critics claim that risk-averse police officers resort to using Tasers in situations in which they otherwise would have used more conventional, less violent alternatives, such as trying to reason with a cornered suspect.

Current British police guild lines allow Tasers to be used pre-emptively, even where the suspect has no weapon. Where originally Tasers were only used when officers or the public were being threatened with a weapon, currently Tasers may and are being used without warning to surprise suspects before being arrested. On the 9th of April 2008 on BBC 1, the program raffic Cops showed police surprising a pedestrian by shooting him with a Taser, before arresting him on suspicion of theft. The suspect had no weapon and was fully complying with the officers orders and posed no threat. The suspect was later found to be a completely innocent pedestrian.

Comparison to alternatives

Supporters claim that electroshock weapons such as Tasers are more effective than other means including pepper-spray (an eye/breathing irritant), batons or other conventional ways of inflicting pain, even handguns, at bringing a subject down to the ground with minimum physical exertion.

Supporters claim that electroshock guns are a safer alternative to devices such as firearms. Taser International uses the term “non-lethal” as defined by the United States Department of Defense – which does not mean the weapon cannot cause death, but that it is not intended to be fatal. Non-lethal weapons are defined as “weapons that are explicitly designed and primarily employed so as to incapacitate personnel or material, while minimizing fatalities, permanent injury to personnel, and undesired damage to property and the environment.”

“Non-lethal” designation

While they are not technically considered lethal, some authorities and non-governmental organizations question both the degree of safety presented by the weapon and the ethical implications of using a weapon that some, such as sections of Amnesty International, allege is inhumane. As a consequence, Amnesty International Canada and other civil liberties organizations have argued that a moratorium should be placed on Taser use until research can determine a way for them to be safely used. Amnesty International has documented over 245 deaths that occurred after the use of tasers. Police sources question whether the taser was the actual cause of death in those cases, as many of the deaths occurred in people with serious medical conditions and/or severe drug intoxication, often to the point of excited delirium.[citation needed]

Validity of “excited delirium” term

Critics of taser use, however, argue that “excited delirium” is not a valid medical term and is not listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Tasers are often used as an alternative to talking and waiting for a suspect to comply, striking the suspect with a baton or shooting them with firearms. Only the later two of which have a much higher chance of serious injury and death than the taser,[citation needed] even using the highest estimates of possible taser-related deaths. The term “less-lethal” is being used more frequently when referring to weapons such as tasers because many experts feel that no device meant to subdue a person can be completely safe. The less-lethal category also includes devices such as pepper spray, tear gas, and batons. One problem when comparing the Taser to other forms of force is that no precise statistics are kept in the U.S. on policing related deaths or the use of excessive force. In 2001, the New York Times reported that the U.S. government is unable or unwilling to collect statistics showing the precise number of people killed by the police or the prevalence of the use of excessive force.

Manufacturer’s risk acknowledgments

Breathing

Taser International has admitted in a training bulletin that repeated blasts of a taser can “impair breathing and respiration”. Also, on Taser’s website it is stated that, for a subject in a state known as “excited delirium” (a controversial term in itself), repeated or prolonged stuns with the Taser can contribute to “significant and potentially fatal health risks”. In such a state, physical restraint by the police coupled with the exertion by the subject are considered likely to result in death or more injuries. Critics alleged that electroshock devices can damage delicate electrical equipment such as pacemakers, but tests conducted by the Cleveland Clinic found that Tasers did not interfere with pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.

Cardiac arrests, lawsuits and effectiveness

On September 30, 2009, the manufacturer Taser International issued a warning and new targeting guidelines to law enforcement agencies to aim shots below the chest center of mass as “avoiding chest shots with ECDs avoids the controversy about whether ECDs do or do not affect the human heart”

IIPM’s Magazine Business and Economy article: Why isn’t India banning National Geographic?

Tuesday, October 18th, 2011

(This story is sourced from Business and Economy.)

If the government is so serious about ensuring that the national viewpoint of Indian geography does not get distorted, then the government should immediately enforce the maximal allowable punishment on the entities that continue to knowingly publicise clearly illegal maps and images representing fl awed Indian boundaries. The NatGeo example is just one part of the story; CNN, BBC, Lonely Planet, CIA, US State Department and Wikipedia make up the other ignominious bunch that have no qualms about distorting Indian boundaries in maps that are freely available in India. If the government is really serious about putting an end to this long continuing issue, we say ban the perpetrators and take the maximum allowable action Edit bureau: The IIPM Think Tank for such clear and deliberate misrepre sentation. The Indian government doesn’t need to look far to understand which Indian act these agencies are violating. Well, that’s India’s Independence Act, passed on July 1, 1947, that defined the sovereign and indisputable boundaries of India!

Yes, India has had wars with Pakistan and China. And yes, we have won some and lost some, in the matter of speaking. Irrespective of that, India has never forsaken its sovereign – and one should mention perfectly legitimate – rights over territories that are illegally occupied by Pakistan and China. Ironically, the Pakistani Constitution even today doesn’t recognize the PoK as part of Pakistan while India symbolically has 25 assembly seats reserved in the J&K assembly representing PoK legislators. Expectably, these 25 seats have remained vacant for a long time. And with respect to our border dispute with China, even in 1954 when the then Indian Prime Minister Nehru clarified the distinct Indian border to China, the then Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai had emphatically stated that China had no claims over Indian controlled territory (although official Chinese maps even at that time showed 120,000 square kilometres of Indian territory as Chinese; later China claimed even the Aksai Chin range post the 1962 Sino-Indo war).

]]>

In other words, as per law, no map representing India should show the Indian boundaries any different from what is represented by the official Indian government map through the Survey of India (which shows the complete north-east areas and the state of J&K as parts of India, resulting in India even sharing a border with Afghanistan, at least on paper).

Apparently those rules don’t apply to NatGeo, even post the strictest of warnings by the Indian government. In January 2010, after NatGeo had aired a wrong Indian map in a programme covering population density of rhinos, the I&B Ministry passed an official covenant mentioning, “National Geographic Channel has violated Rule 6 (1) (h) of the Programme Code. Strict compliance to this direction has to be ensured by the National Geographic Channel. Any further violation may entail stringent action.” The July 2010 issue of National Geographic, in a story titled Pakistan’s Heartland Under Threat carries a map of India that clearly misrepresents Indian boundaries. The August 2010 National Geographic issue repeats the mistake, this time in a story called Grassland Kingdom, covering the Kaziranga National Park (see maps, previous page). Both these issues are being freely sold within Indian boundaries. But to pick on National Geographic singularly would be wrong, as many other notable agencies mirror this behaviour – including, as mentioned before, CNN, BBC, Lonely Planet, Wikipedia, Google and the quite infamous Central Intelligence Agency. All of these agencies currently carry Indian maps on their websites that are rampant equivocations of reality, yet are freely available from within Indian boundaries.

While the very first result of Google’s image search (for a keyword search of “India map”) gives a wrong map of India, CIA’s World Factbook Report has shown northern Kashmir as being cut off from India and being a part of Pakistan and China. Even the US Department of State endorses a map quite similar to the CIA map on their official India advisory. In the advisory, the Department mentions flagrantly, “The US considers all of the former princely state of Kashmir to be disputed territory.” CNN endorses this viewpoint and has gone a step ahead to term the entire J&K as “disputed.”

One has to realise that these are leading agencies of the world (for example, National Geographic is the world’s largest read magazine published in 32 languages with a mammoth monthly readership of over fifty million; Lonely Planet is the world’s largest travel guide book; Wikipedia is the world’s most referred encyclopaedia; Google the most used search engine; CNN/BBC the largest global media channels) and continued misrepresentation of the Indian map in these forums can only lead to global perception changing negatively against India. The nation necessarily needs to take quick and extreme steps to arrest this situation.

A call for action has to now come directly from the Prime Minister’s office that raises the diplomatic ire to the highest levels possible to enforce immediate and instant change. If compliance is still absent from these agencies, then the Indian government should ban these media/ information/government agencies and immediately block access to their channels, both on and off the web.

On the other hand, if the government believes that such a continued misrepresentation by global agencies – some like Google and NatGeo which have already been warned – is not of grave concern, then it should call a spade a spade, tell the Indian public that what is lost, is lost forever… and label itself the most unpatriotic government in the history of independent India!

Early life

Anne Frances Robbins was born on July 6, 1921, at Manhattan’s Sloane Hospital for Women in New York, the only child of car salesman Kenneth Seymour Robbins (18941972) and his actress wife, Edith Luckett (18881987). Her godmother was silent-film-star Alla Nazimova. She lived for her first two years in Flushing, Queens, in New York. While her parents divorced soon after her birth, they had already been separated for some time. As her mother traveled the country to pursue acting jobs, Nancy was raised in Bethesda, Maryland, for the next six years by her aunt Virginia and uncle Audley Gailbraith. Nancy describes longing for her mother during those years: “My favorite times were when Mother had a job in New York, and Aunt Virgie would take me by train to stay with her.”

In 1929, her mother married Loyal Davis (18961982), a prominent, politically conservative neurosurgeon who moved the family to Chicago. Nancy and her stepfather got along very well; she would later write that he was “a man of great integrity who exemplified old-fashioned values”. He formally adopted her in 1935, and she would always refer to him as her father. At the time of the adoption, her name was legally changed to Nancy Davis (since birth, she had commonly been called Nancy). She attended the Girls’ Latin School of Chicago (describing herself as an average student), graduated in 1939, and later attended Smith College in Massachusetts, where she majored in English and drama and graduated in 1943.

Acting career

Nancy Davis poses for a publicity photo, 1950

Following her graduation, Davis held jobs in Chicago as a sales clerk in Marshall Field’s department store and as a nurse’s aide. With the help of her mother’s colleagues in theatre, including Zasu Pitts, Walter Huston, and Spencer Tracy, she pursued a career as a professional actress. She first gained a part in Pitts’ 1945 road tour of Ramshackle Inn, moving to New York City. She landed the role of Si-Tchun, a lady-in-waiting, in the 1946 Broadway musical about the Orient, Lute Song, starring Mary Martin and a pre-stardom Yul Brynner. The show’s producer told her, “You look like you could be Chinese.”

After passing a screen test, she moved to California and signed a seven-year contract with Metro Goldwyn Mayer Studios (MGM) in 1949; she later remarked, “Joining Metro was like walking into a dream world.” Davis appeared in 11 feature films, usually typecast as a “loyal housewife”, “responsible young mother”, or “the steady woman”. She kept her professional name as Nancy Davis even after marrying. Her film career began with minor roles in 1949′s The Doctor and the Girl with Glenn Ford, and followed with East Side, West Side starring Barbara Stanwyck. She played a child psychiatrist in the film noir Shadow on the Wall (1950) with Ann Sothern and Zachary Scott; her performance was called “beautiful and convincing” by New York Times critic A. H. Weiler. She co-starred in 1950′s The Next Voice You Hear…, playing a pregnant housewife who hears the voice of God from her radio. Influential reviewer Bosley Crowther of The New York Times wrote that “Nancy Davis [is] delightful as [a] gentle, plain, and understanding wife.” A later critic admired the film’s effort to convincingly portray Davis as pregnantany other films from the time neglected to do so. In 1951, Davis appeared in her favorite screen role, Night Into Morning, a study of bereavement starring Ray Milland. Crowther said that Davis “does nicely as the fiance who is widowed herself and knows the loneliness of grief,” while another noted critic, The Washington Post’s Richard L. Coe, said Davis “is splendid as the understanding widow.” Davis left MGM in 1952, seeking a broader range of parts. She soon starred in the 1953 science fiction film Donovan’s Brain; Crowther said that Davis, playing the role of a possessed scientist’s “sadly baffled wife”, “walked through it all in stark confusion” in an “utterly silly” film. In her last movie, Hellcats of the Navy (1957), she played nurse Lieutenant Helen Blair and shared the screen for the only time with her husband, playing what one critic called “a housewife who came along for the ride”. Another reviewer, however, stated that Davis plays her part well, and “does well with what she has to work with”.

Noted author Garry Wills believes that Davis was underrated as an actress overall, because her constrained part in Hellcats was her most widely seen performance. In addition, Davis downplayed her Hollywood goals: MGM promotional material in 1949 said that her “greatest ambition” was to have a “successful happy marriage”; decades later, in 1975, she would say, “I was never really a career woman but [became one] only because I hadn’t found the man I wanted to marry. I couldn’t sit around and do nothing, so I became an actress.” Ronald Reagan biographer Lou Cannon nevertheless characterized her as a “reliable” and “solid” performer who held her own in performances with better-known actors. After her final film, she appeared for a brief time in television dramas Wagon Train and The Tall Man until 1962, when she retired as an actress. During her career, she served on the board of directors of the Screen Actors Guild for nearly 10 years. Decades later, Albert Brooks attempted to coax Reagan out of acting retirement by offering her the title role opposite himself in his 1996 film Mother. Reagan declined in order to care for her husband, and Debbie Reynolds played the part.

Marriage and family

Newlyweds Ronald and Nancy Reagan, March 4, 1952

During her career as an actress, Nancy Davis dated actors in Hollywood; she later called Clark Gable, whom she dated briefly, the nicest of the stars she had met. On November 15, 1949, she met Ronald Reagan, who was then president of the Screen Actors Guild. Nancy had noticed that her name had appeared on the Hollywood blacklist and sought Reagan’s help to maintain her employment as a guild actress in Hollywood, and for assistance in having her name removed from the list. Reagan informed her that she had been confused with another actress of the same name. The two began dating and their relationship was the subject of many gossip columns; one Hollywood press account described their nightclub-free times together as “the romance of a couple who have no vices”. Ronald Reagan was skeptical about marriage, however, following his painful 1948 divorce from Jane Wyman, and he still saw other women. After three years of dating, he eventually proposed to Davis in the couple’s favorite booth at the Beverly Hills restaurant Chasen’s. They married on March 4, 1952 in a simple ceremony designed to avoid the press at the Little Brown Church in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. The only people in attendance were actor William Holden, the best man, and his wife, the matron of honor. The couple’s first child, Patricia Ann Reagan (better known by her professional name, Patti Davis), was born on October 21, 1952. Their son, Ronald Prescott Reagan, was born six years later on May 20. Nancy Reagan also became stepmother to Maureen Reagan (19412001) and Michael Reagan (born 1945), the children of her husband’s first marriage to Jane Wyman.

Observers described Ronald and Nancy Reagan’s relationship as intimate. As president and first lady, the Reagans were reported to display their affection frequently, with one press secretary noting, “They never took each other for granted. They never stopped courting.” Ronald often called Nancy “Mommy”; she called him “Ronnie”. While the President was recuperating in the hospital after the 1981 assassination attempt, Nancy Reagan wrote in her diary, “Nothing can happen to my Ronnie. My life would be over.” In a letter to Nancy, Ronald wrote, “whatever I treasure and enjoy all would be without meaning if I didn have you.” In 1998, while her husband was afflicted with Alzheimer’s disease, Nancy told Vanity Fair, “Our relationship is very special. We were very much in love and still are. When I say my life began with Ronnie, well, it’s true. It did. I can’t imagine life without him.” Nancy was known for the focused and attentive look, termed “the Gaze”, that she fastened upon her husband during his speeches and appearances. President Reagan’s death in June 2004 ended what Charlton Heston called “the greatest love affair in the history of the American Presidency.”

Nancy’s relationship with her children was not always as close as that with her husband; she frequently quarreled with her biological children and her stepchildren. Her relationship with Patti was the most contentious; Patti flouted American conservatism and rebelled against her parents by joining the nuclear freeze movement and authoring many anti-Reagan books. The nearly 20 years of family feuding left her very much estranged from both her mother and father. Soon after her father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, Patti and her mother reconciled and began to speak on a daily basis. Nancy’s disagreements with Michael were also public matters; in 1984, she was quoted as saying that the two were in an “estrangement right now”. Michael responded that Nancy was trying to cover up for the fact she had not met his daughter, Ashley, who had been born nearly a year earlier. They too eventually made peace. Nancy was thought to be closest to her stepdaughter Maureen during the White House years, but each of the Reagan children experienced periods of estrangement from their parents.

A-10s were featured as the aircraft used by the human resistance to the machines of Skynet in the 2009 film Terminator Salvation.

A6M Zero

The A6M Zero was featured in the movies The Final Countdown, Pearl Harbor, and Tora! Tora! Tora!. The Zero was also depicted in the 1976 film Midway; however real Zeros were not used. Instead F4F Wilcats were painted as Japanese aircraft and used instead.

Adam A500

The Adam A500 was featured in the 2006 film Miami Vice and was intended to be the drug runners aircraft of choice.

Adam Aircraft CEO Rick Adam stated at the time the aircraft was cast in the film, in a self-promotional press release:

The Adam Aircraft A500 is the ideal airplane for ‘Miami Vice’. The A500 signature twin-boom profile reaches the level of high style and high performance necessary to meet the standards of a Michael Mann production, and the footage we’ve seen shows off the airplane’s extraordinary look, along with its superior speed and maneuverability.

AH-64 Apache

The AH-64 Apache had a major role in the movie Fire Birds (or Wings of the Apache).

The Transformers character Spinister disguises himself as an Apache helicopter.

Antonov An-225

For the fictional An-500 aircraft seen in the film 2012 see List of fictional aircraft

The Decepticon character Jetstorm from the 2007 Transformers movie line is based on the Antonov An-225. This toy shares its body design with Cybertron Jetfire, Classics Fireflight and Universe Air Raid.

Avro Ashton

An Avro Ashton, in its six-engined, Olympus testbed form appeared as the fictitious Phoenix airliner in Cone of Silence (1960), based on the novel of the same name by David Beaty, a former BOAC pilot. This concerned the take-off problems of the Phoenix, and the subsequent accident investigation; it was based on two take off accidents to the de Havilland Comet.

Avro Canada CF-100

The Tintin comic book character drawn by Albert Weinberg, Major Dan Cooper, was a RCAF test pilot, predominately flying the CF-100.

Avro Lancaster

Len Deighton’s novel Bomber describes an attack by Royal Air Force Avro Lancasters on Krefeld, Germany during which a series of unplanned incidents leads to the carpet bombing of a small town nearby.

The Lancaster was central to the second half of the British film The Dam Busters. This film is a dramatisation of the real-life Operation Chastise, which included the forming of the real-life RAF 617 Squadron commanded by Wing Commander Guy Gibson, who was awarded the VC, and the real-life bombing of the Mohne, Eder and Sorpe dams in Germany to interrupt water and hydro-electric power supplies to Nazi munitions factories. The film is based upon the books The Dam Busters by Paul Brickhill and Enemy Coast Ahead by Guy Gibson.

Avro Vulcan

The Avro Vulcan figures in Anthony Gray’s 1965 novel The Penetrators, in which an RAF officer attempts to demonstrate a weakness in the North American strategic defense system NORAD by launching a mock attack involving nine Vulcans and some Vickers Valiant tankers for inflight refuelling.

The Avro Vulcan is also used in the Bond film Thunderball.

B-1 Lancer

The 1983 James Bond film Never Say Never Again features a cruise missile launch from a B-1 Lancer (although a sequence in which cruise missiles are loaded onto the B-1 was filmed with a Concorde SST substituting for the B-1′s undercarriage).

The Tranformers Decepticon named Windsweeper disguises himself as a B-1 Lancer.

The B-1 appeared in the movie Real Genius as the carrier for a laser.[citation needed]

B-2 Spirit

The B-2 Spirit appeared in the films The Sum of All Fears and Independence Day.

B-17 Flying Fortress

The B-17 Flying Fortress was the subject of the movie Memphis Belle.

B-17s also figured prominently in the Oscar-winning 1949 film Twelve O’Clock High starring Gregory Peck. The film focuses on aviation leadership and the human toll in the USAAF strategy of daylight precision bombing. The US Air Force cooperated in the production of the film, loaning aircraft to the producers and allowing filming at Eglin Air Force Base and at Ozark Field. The film featured an actual crash landing of a B-17, piloted by veteran stunt pilot Paul Maniz. The film led to a TV series of the same name, again featuring the B-17.

The B-17 figures prominently in the book KG 200 by J.D. Gilman and J. Clive about the secret Luftwaffe unit KG 200, which tested and flew many captured Allied aircraft.

B-25 Mitchell

The B-25 Mitchell was the focus of the second half of the 2001 film Pearl Harbor, although critics complained that the bomber and its role were being depicted inaccurately.

The B-25 is featured in the 1961 novel Catch-22 translated into the 1970 Catch-22 (film) which had a large number of film unit B-25s in flying condition.

The B-25 also had feature roles in the movies: Thirty Seconds over Tokyo (1944) (one pilot’s account of the Doolittle Raid), Hanover Street (1979) based a fictional B-25 unit stationed in England, Forever Young (1992), following a B-25 test pilot’s story both in the past and present.

B-29 Superfortress

The B-29 Superfortress has played an important role in several Hollywood films, particularly as that dubbed the Enola Gay which dropped the first atomic bomb. The Enola Gay was depicted in Above and Beyond and The Beginning or the End. Film makers also used the only B-29 still flying in 1983 in the movie The Right Stuff to recreate the launch of the Bell X-1 for the first supersonic flight.

B-36

The Convair B-36 featured prominently in Paramount’s Strategic Air Command (1955), starring James Stewart (a real life bomber pilot who was then still in the Air Force Reserve). The film features many good aerial shots of B-36s and was primarily filmed at Carswell AFB, Texas and in the Tampa, Florida area. One shot that was particularly difficult to shoot was where Stewart’s character, a baseball player was standing on a baseball field and a B-36 flew overhead, casting a shadow over him and symbolizing his coming recall to active service. In the film this character is forced to crash land his B-36 in the Arctic.

B-52 Stratofortress

The 1957 Karl Malden film Bombers B-52 gives a fictional account of the B-52′s introduction into service at Castle Air Force Base.

A B-52 was a focal point of the novel Trinity’s Child, by William Prochnau, and the TV film adaptation By Dawn’s Early Light.

The B-52 was also a key part of Stanley Kubrick’s 1964 black comedy film Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb and in A Gathering of Eagles.

Bell X-1

The Bell X-1 was depicted early in the film The Right Stuff. The movie showed the historic flight of the X-1 becoming the first aircraft to break the sound barrier. This achievement helped usher in the US space program that was the subject of the rest of the film.

Bell 47

The 1950s American television series Whirlybirds starred a pair of Bell 47 helicopters. The association with Whirlybirds continues to be used in order to promote helicopters and the Bell 47 in particular. A Bell 47 was also one of the ‘stars’ of the Australian television series Skippy the Bush Kangaroo.

The Bell 47, in its miltary configuration as a H-13 Sioux, was central to the television series M*A*S*H, as well as the movie of the same name.

Bell 206

Chopper Squad was a 1970s Australian television series about a Bell 206 JetRanger used for rescue work in Sydney. The helicopter used was an actual rescue helicopter operated by the Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter Service.

Boeing 314

The Ken Follett novel Night Over Water is the story of a group of people who are travelling from England to the United States in a Boeing 314 at the beginning of World War II.

Boeing 707

The Boeing 707 serves as the platform for the real-life E-3 Sentry, an airborne warning and control aircraft. In the novel “Debt of Honor”, the E-3s operated by the US were high priority targets for the air forces of Japan.

Boeing 747

The Boeing 747 was featured in the film Executive Decision as the location of a terrorist hijacking. It was also prominent in the novel and the film The Sum of All Fears as the National Airborne Operations Center during a nuclear showdown with Russia.

Recently, Keith Olbermann, on his MSNBC news agricultural show, Countdown with Keith Olbermann, cited Fox News as the “worst people in the the human race.” He claimed to the Fox News Channel is blatant right-wing propaganda. He in addition celebrated to President Obama, in a fresh tube interview (the same interview, incidentally, as the now-notorious fly-swatting episode, in which, according to news reports on MSNBC, NBC, CBS, CNN and elsewhere, the President demonstrates his “remarkable fly-swatting skills”) claimed to present was next to slightest solitary news channel devoted to undermining his administration next to all expenses. Olbermann suggests to the President was referring to Fox News.

Back in the daytime while the Republicans controlled both houses as well as the Presidency, a point to might well move down in history as a modern-day Dark Ages or Reign of Terror, the Fox News channel was considered to be the mainstay of credible news. So much so to all other news agencies were too fearful even to question their authority.

Fox News, owned by Australian media magnate Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp., had happening on the premise to typical news sources like CNN and make contacts news operated on a tenet of a restrained left-wing cultural bias follow-on from the learning and social milieu of their journalists. The solution to Fox News apparently projected was to dedicate a news channel to supposedly “fair and balanced” news coverage. “Fair and balanced” became their watchword, but it soon proved to be ironic. Over measure, their supposedly objective news coverage has been exposed as right-wing propaganda to was pretty blatantly pandering to the shrub administration while they were in power.

]]>

This brings us to MSNBC’s news lineup. MSNBC is a news channel to is produced as a junction venture, as the moniker suggests, stuck between Microsoft (the monolithic software giant founded by debit Gates) and NBC. Their lineup of news shows supposedly offers us the alternative to Fox News, but, as disguised by Keith Olbermann, could you repeat that? They are really offering us is left-wing propaganda to panders to the Obama administration.

The tragic consequence of all this government pandering and institutional propaganda is to the number-one target in mainstream news coverage is credibility. Where are the Woodwards and Bernsteins of nowadays, with their stunning exposés of corruption in area of high pressure sitting room? Definitely not next to either Fox News or MSNBC.

Perhaps the answer to everyplace we can catch credible news sources dishonesty with CNN–still bland and presenting the façade of independence while concealing a restrained left-wing bias–who instantly, apparently, resorts to blogs, Twitter feeds and Facebook posts to supplement their on-site correspondent reports. CNN even encourages you to submit amateur videos via the “iReport” section on their website, which allows them to facet the videos on their news shows next a process of inspection and verification. Stylish truth, in the ongoing Iranian uprisings, everyplace mainstream journalists are being banned and extradited by the dictatorial Iranian regime, western news sources are having to rely on Twitter feeds, blogs and amateur videotape from Iranian citizens as their news sources.

This brings us to the argument to mainstream news organizations suffer recently been making adjacent to the Blogsphere, especially in the wake of such fresh films as State of Play, directed by Kevin Macdonald, namely to the Blogsphere is tranquil primarily of amateurs who are impossible of their depth, but if you are looking on behalf of cutting-edge Woodward-and-Bernstein technique in-depth coverage, you will catch it lone next to the major news organizations who suffer the skills and property next to their disposal to support to kind of news coverage.

The reality–at slightest two of the so-called major news organizations are devoted to producing political propaganda to pretty shamelessly panders to politicians while the third is increasingly resorting to the Blogsphere to provide its news sources. Because on behalf of Woodward and Bernstein, they are both retired and text books on behalf of a living.

The moral of the story appears to be, therefore, to if you are looking on behalf of cutting-edge television journalism, skip the news networks and, as an alternative, check impossible the Blogsphere!

Last round with brand new charge card rules restrict overdue charges

Tuesday, October 11th, 2011

The final package of new credit card rules went into effect Sunday. The latest rules limit late payment fees and other penalties. The Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility and Disclosure (CARD) Act of 2009 began the reform project, which is now complete. A limit for has been placed on overdue fees under the brand new credit reform rules.Brand new guidelines have been gradually introduced that are cutting into lucrative penalty costs. In response, charge card corporations have dramatically hiked interest rates. Another rule calls for them to justify those increases to federal regulators.Article source – Last round of new credit card rules limit late payment fees by Personal Money Store.

Obtaining past due penalties and also interest rates in check

The newest credit card rules enacted Aug. 22 prohibit credit card companies from charging more than for overdue payments, end the practice for charging customers for not using their cards, as well as order them to reconsider rate of interest increases imposed starting from Jan, 1, 2009. A CNN article on the brand new charge card rules said that if the market conditions that warranted the rate of interest increases no long exist, those rates of interest must be adjusted accordingly. Charge card corporations will be held to account by government regulators assigned to evaluate their justifications. But when it comes to the past due fee limit, the rules give banks a loophole to exploit: if they determine a cardholder’s past due repayments are habitual, they can exceed the limit by saying the increase is necessary to offset the economic impact with the overdue. Another new rule prohibits penalty fees from exceeding the minimum payment or the amount charged over the credit limit.

Credit card companies won’t give up penalty profits easily

Charge card companies look at the new credit card rules as a threat to their bottom line. The latest round of provisions is projected to keep them from being able to penalize their customers to the tune with billion. A Wall Street Journal report on the charge card industry’s response to the restrictions said that companies have been busy upping the ante for balance transfers, money advances, overseas charges and annual fees. As a strategy to get around limits on late payment fees and penalties, cardholders can expect their minimum payments to rise. Banks addicted to large money for nothing via penalty charges will scramble to keep the cash flowing . An executive quoted within the Journal piece said that charge card businesses will miss the easy pickings. They took away about .4 billion with their customers’ cash last year by hitting them with past due fees. That jackpot is projected to shrink by 29 percent down to .1 billion.

Charge card corporations know their customers

The consumer protections allowed by the new charge card guidelines are a challenge to charge card companies. They have responded by rising interest rates to historically high levels. Another CNN report said that within the second quarter, card companies raised interest rates on existing card holders to an average of 14.7 percent — up from 13.1 percent a year ago . Synovate, the research division of Aegis Group, said the current difference between the prime rate and also the average cardholder interest rate is 11.45 points-more than it has been in 22 years. Consumers played along, spending with credit cards at the second-highest rate ever within the second quarter, according to Synovate .

How The Inauguration Affected Online Activity

Thursday, October 6th, 2011

On Tuesday, January 20, people from across the globe witnessed the inauguration of the 44th President of the United States of America, both on television and through streaming video on the internet. The event was so popular, in fact, that many communication channels were strained for several hours. Texting and phone calls overloaded some wireless network providers, several media websites streaming the live video had difficulty accommodating would-be viewers, and some social networking platforms were unable to keep up with the heavy increase in simultaneous user participation.

This occasion marked the first internet broadcast of an American presidential inauguration. While there was a marked increase in general internet activity throughout the day, there is no doubt that certain areas of internet usage were neglected, such as search engine queries. According to the official Google Blog, “the overall query volume of Google searches dropped in the U.S. from the time President Obama took the oath of office until the end of his inaugural speech.”

Various forms of online advertising, such as Google AdSense, also suffered slightly during this period, as people turned their attention elsewhere. Several advertisers collaborated on WebMasterWorld’s forums the day after the inauguration to complain about their lackluster AdSense performances, due to the drop in overall traffic.

While search engine queries and internet advertising may have seen less traffic on Tuesday, the realm of social media was going full-blast. As reported by PCMag.com:
“We’ve never reached levels like this before,” a Facebook spokesman told CNN.com. “Even just yesterday, we had more users online than we’ve ever had before, more new users than we’ve ever had before.” Facebook partnered with CNN to allow members watching inaugural festivities via CNN.com to sign in and update their statuses alongside the streaming video provided by the cable news channel. Throughout the broadcast, Facebook saw 4,000 user status updates per minute; a figure that peaked at 8,500 updates per minute during President Obama’s speech.

Twitter – widely regarded as the world’s most popular microblogging service and one of the fastest-growing social networks in the world – was the other social media heavyweight of the day. Despite not having the additional benefit of a media relationship with CNN, Twitter received a large influx of updates throughout the day: at its peak, a 400% increase in its usual posts-per-minute average. Though not as functional as Facebook from a rich media standpoint, Twitter proved that it is one of the most popular ways for internet users to create, gather and share up-to-the-second information.

This shift in internet activity could mark the beginning of noticeable trends during important, scheduled, worldwide events:

Online advertisers can most likely expect drops in ad revenue during an event
Wireless networks and media websites will most likely continue to be strained during peak hours of an event
Social media will continue to one of the preferred methods for instant communication throughout an event
